Laser was the best decision for me. My face is definitely smoother and my hyperpigmentation cleared up naturally.
But skin care products do help with hyperpigmentation. The hair may make your upper lip appear darker and that cannot go away due to skin care products.
Spearmint tea helps for sure
this do very fast some areas dont get treated
I am also pcos patient what to do
The hair is due to the high testosterone

Do laser work on shved beard hair efficiently
Laser will reduce about 80 percent of the hair and what is left will be thin
Okay but what about some lasers stimulating even more hair growth no professional ever mentions this which is so unethical. Electrolysis is the only true solution if hair is the source of bumps and hyperpigmentation
I actually talk about this in my videos. It’s hard to find them here but I have lots of videos on this topic. Will be posting more about this soon
@@DeghaFongodMD thank you for replying . I shouldn’t have spoken in absolutes, I apologize, and I’m happy there is still honest physician’s out there. Here in Florida there is essentially no requirements to operate lasers at our med spas. So they really push lazer as it is a cash service. It reminds me of estheticians, who continuously push the old wives tale that waxing facial hair is the best option, when actually waxing facial hair in hormonal areas brings blood and nutrients to the surface, creating thicker and stronger follicles, and that’s not to mention the hyperpigmentation that can last after waxing, especially for women of color. Just no morals you know? So I really appreciate you being honest about all the risks.
If you have PCOS you should ABSOLUTELY NOT do laser hair removal. It literally just activates more hair growth. Our hair is hormonal - to stop hair growth you need to go on spironolactone or something similar and get electrolysis.
Not true I have had laser done and have had wonderful results.
Everyone is different. I have PCOS and got prescribed with Spironolactone. It did not work for me and soon I will be getting laser treatments so my facial hair will never come back.
@@feilatanI had laser and regretted soooo bad.. I agree with every word of her
@@caprish223 I am sorry that was your experience. Unfortunately that is not the same for all.
@@feilatandoes it hurt?
