My mind is blown by the depth of info y'all shared here. What a gold mine of experience, how the heck do you not have 500k subs?!? Subbed and comments for the algo. I'm gonna learn so much from this channel!
I love this shit. I feel like so much of the 12 valve info out there is so old and outdated and now it's inaccurate compared to what you guys are doing. I'm building an 83 crew cab dodge with a 215 pump 12 valve right now and once the truck is on the road and ready to start making power, dynomite eill be my only stop.
Good stuff 🙂 Don’t forget about us VP people though!!! Some of us enjoy having things like suicide doors, disc brakes, consistent low idle speeds, etc…. 😁
My first gen Intercooled made 400+hp from 1900rpm to 3300rpm with an s300g 4" exhaust and powerjet stage 2's. I firmly believe in normal street driving it would walk away from most 600hp 12v p pump trucks.
@@JustinSchooler-f2j Well to be making 600rwhp 12v they probably running a 66 or bigger turbo. Since from 1500 rpm cruising speed it takes 9.5seconds for that charger to hit peak boost that gives me at least a 7 second head start that means I am at least an 1/8 mile down the road by the time that rig starts making 600rwhp. Now with a flashy loose converter you might have a 12v with better response but it still probably going to be about 5 seconds to party from a kick and again that 3 seconds at 400 plus going to be a lot of feet you gotta catch up.
@@JustinSchooler-f2j In my extensive turbo testing I went back to a 57mm versus a 62 because despite the 62 offering 50more hp on top the 57 can pull from 1500-3000rpm 3 seconds faster because of spool difference.
@@LT77838 That is why I run the 57mm s300G. with the .070 housing it starts spooling at 1250rpm and is going pretty good by 1500 peak torque is hit by 1800 at well over 1000ft-lbs and it still makes over 400hp out at 3400rpm. It makes it drive like its a big block gas motor and the egts are 200deg cooler than with a 60mm HX series and 300 cooler than the factory H1C.
How about afc live with max rack travel , and 4k gov springs, 160 pump, stock 97 inj. I pull all the time. Also °16 timeing. 055 delivery valves. Thought about power driven stage 2 power jets.
I am about to dive into mods on a 94 p pump motor with 48k original miles. Currently in a Rv chassis. I have some serious questions. Whats the best way to contact you guys.?? Love the info and the channel... I'm a gas wrench. Still learning on diesel side. Thanks from Oregon.
Yes, but to that it would require us to replace the nozzles with new ones and reset your POP pressures. At that point most people decide to go with a new set and sell their prior set to someone.

First time listener today and this is my 5th video. Hugely underrated channel! Thanks for the educational info!
Great video! Love how you guys don’t just lump “p-pumps” into just one group. No other videos I’ve watched have explained the difference.
I absolutely love what you guys are doing with the 12 valve stuff!!!!! Keep it up!

Keep up the good work, us 12valvers appreciate it!!!
Always awesome to watch this kind of class Lenny, thanks a million…

This was great! Please continue to do more of the same.
A tech video of adjusting "tip in" would help probably 80% of P7100 owners.

Just because you think it would don't make it so lol sounds like a good running 1st gen tho

Had a s300 on my first gen. Was awful laggy and useless, never again.

Please do this again next week! I bought the short wagler rods, 6.7 crank, and stage 2 head. Now I'm looking for time to put it together.
whats your thoughts on afc live?
Please do a deep dive on 1998.5-2002 24valve vp engineering
What about the ve pumps

Forgot, when u tune a truck, is it for one weight or good for different weight.?
Are you going to sell the 12.5 plungers and barrels as a kit?

Can I get my stage 4's upgraded with pilot holes?

I’m on that page and I answer or forward to you
