There's also one convo in toothbrush task where they debate if wizards are skinny or chubby and Connor seems to take it really personal for some reason which was a weird one 😅
I think Akeem was nice but being dragged to different( sometimes minor decisions) so easily is not a great leadership skill; it seemed he would change his mind anytime someone said anything different to what he thought from what was shown on camera and this might be unfair in terms of the footage. Its definitely good to be adaptable and listen but it seemed he really lacked confidence when it came to calling the shots. I think he was genuinely a nice guy though and wanted to bring his team along with him but went to the point he was being sidelined and undermined by his team as they knew that he would just shift if they wanted him to. He did win yeah but the teams they were against were disastrous. The Apprentice is a game as well and you might listen to your team so you aren't 100% accountable if you lose so its hard to know if people would work like this in running of a business.

Also, we need to remember that all of these get thrown into tasks that they’ve had no experience in with only a couple of hours worth of notice beforehand. I feel like a lot of the major mistakes in tasks that they make is due to trying to achieve a very strict deadline on various goals
Over half people in well laid jobs aren't very good at what they do from my experience they're blagging it and just try to use business jargon to disguise that they're clueless lol
My question is how do they make such gloriously awful mistakes? How do they not connect the dots given that they have literal hours to do so?
Are we sure this isn't The Thick of It's new season? If it's not, this show should be cancelled immediately, before it even ends because it's gonna finish with Alan sugar firing all the men because he doesn't like the competition
Over 15 seasons there have been 8 male winners. It’s been pretty even, I wouldn’t say that he doesn’t want men. This year it will be a female winner but that is not disproportionate. There is no reason for the show to be cancelled and it is finishing today.
