Fabulous drive. I especially love the sight of cloud shadows drifting over an expansive valley and mountains. US 395 is definitely a drive worth doing. There are so many "wow" vistas on this stretch.
You've mentioned before that you like cloud shadows. There was one part of the drive during which I actually thought to myself "Oh, David will like this." Anyhow, it really is a wonderful road to drive. I'm glad I started making videos of my trips. Not only because others might be interested, but because I often get a better view of things when I watch my videos later that I did when I was actually doing the drive. It's nice to see the trip in review without having to worry about keeping the car between the lines. Anyhow, thanks for watching.
@@ASunnyAdventure Oh man, I guess I've commented enough that you think of me when you're on the drive. LOL. Hopefully I don't come across as some crazed fan or something. I hear you about driving vs. watching. I often say to my wife, "no, I didn't notice that because I was paying attention to the road." But yes, having you "drive" allows for a fully attentive view for the viewer. And I appreciate it.
@@davidborrink137 No, I don't think you''re crazed or anything. I always appreciate your input and comments. If you were to show up at my front door with a road atlas and bugged-out eyes, that would be a different matter.
As I was watching this, I noticed the 6.95 a gallon gas prices in California, and the 4.13 a gallon gas prices in Nevada. Honestly, who can afford to fill up in California?!
Yes, it was very painful to have to gas up in California. This was especially true in the rural areas. It wasn't quite as high in the cities. Still too much, though.

@@ASunnyAdventure LOL, well that's not going to happen.
