So some people seem confused so let me explain.
before QBad was losing his memory, it was more like he was going through dementia.
QBad explains that his memories are like a library of all his past lives, he does not activly remember them but they are still in his head, so sometimes memories from other lives (such as the DSMP) will come out.
So this is not "QBad redoing lore" this is what all of it has been leading up to. His death and rebirth where inevitable.
Like for real or just roleplaying?

Im pretty sure Dapper and Pomme are just happy that their father is still alive and not dying even if he doesn't remembers them at all.
The fact that he calls them roomates and not his kids makes me feel so sad,and it took him a while to notice dapper called him dad

For all of those who are saying again let me give you a bit of context-
He had been having memory problems since purgatory 1, he is infected and was rotting. He was having on and off with his memories.
And he died
But being an immortal means you can't die. For demons there memory is stored and when thet die it gets lost. So bad reincarnated after his death choosing to not go to heaven and instead stay with hid kids. But he doesn't have a recollection of his previous life but does remember his immortal friends like foolish and skeppy abd details of thousands of ears ago.

i think bbh has memories from the dsmp like right before qsmp started because he remembers the members of the island but not the qsmp characters like eggs cucurucho etc
and the dsmp is technically canon when phil and some others said they're from the dsmp when asked by cucurucho and he accepted that
and when foolish introduced leo to bbh he said "oh you have a daughter *now*?? implying that he remembers foolish but not leo
+ when foolish asks if he has the memories from the first week of the qsmp bbh said no

He, Mouse and Tina's are like a library. And when they reset it gets lost(not sure i phrased that correctly). They can come back and are saved each time though.
He remembers stuff from his past, like the dsmp, foolish, skeppy and eggpire. He remembers the war he did with cellbit years ago. And says rest of his memories are hazy

I think he's talking about the ghosties. His chat are called ghosties, and in qsmp it's canon that they are actual ghosts following him around.
He was referring to his chatters! Bad's chat, also known as Ghosties, have their own lore in the qsmp :)
Us "Ghosties" are souls who have yet to move on because we are blocked by some barrier, in turn we follow Bad around, possibly since he's a grim reaper.

no. Bad's slow loss of memory was due to a sickness and self-torture, so that was the consequences of his actions. Him dying and resetting his memories was to balance the out the story through a meta perspective.
Bro, if you lost your memory you could have at least lost your enchanted and cracked inventory of items ☠
