TWICE BAKED POTATOES | Smoked Twice Baked Potatoes on the Pit Boss Austin XL

In this video I smoke potatoes not once, but twice. I'm drooling just thinking about this cook!
*Correction from directions in video (my bad), potatoes are smoked at 250 for 2 hours, then I bump the temperature up to 325 until taters are fork tender.
