Finally someone being honest about the Maybelline foundation. I saved my money clearly because with no one telling the truth I was about to buy it.
Yes, I always wait 3-4 weeks before deciding on buying a new product esp the one for which mass marketing is done. I also have stopped trusting when everyone is like omg I am obsessed, like you used it for one time that too not a full day wear test.
Maybelline obviously did a massive PR gifting campaing with this foundation … so even if they say it’s ’non-sponsored’ it’s very hard to take the reviews at face value.

Oh Thank God, I was thinking about getting the MARS lipstick, *topic* because I have been searching for ABH lipstick in the shade *Rosewood*. Can you please please please pleaseeeee find a dupe for that shade 😭😭 it has been discontinued. And I just cannot find one looking at the pictures which brands post online. Thank you ❤️

Yes exactly why I didn't buy this foundation because I faced the same issue like you with FitMe, glad I didn't get influenced and didn't waste my money. Been saving my money for Huda Beauty eyeshadow and I finally got it, and I am super happy.

Deepthi, please try the LA Girl foundation mixing pigment. It is said that it can be mixed with foundation to get the right foundation shade. I was thinking of buying it. But I will buy it only after a review from you.
okay but i just wanted to say, everyone gave glowing "non sponsored" reviews at first, malvika, shreemayi, shreya and mridul to name a few. then a few days later they all went to the "staycation" where they launched the product🥲 i follow and love these girls but damn that was shady
so disappointed with maybelline lumi matte yet again , hate that all they launch is "matte" products (we dont want that for our dry skin)

Huda beauty easy bake is great for all skin types especially dry skin. Kay beauty loose powder is good or maybelline loose powder is good for oily skin

Unfortunately my review of the Maybelline Foundation is very different.. it worked beautifully on my oily skin
As it should. People forget that both fit me and superstay are foundations for oily skin as they are silicone foundations. Influencers need to realise that not everything has to be suited to their skin type.
@peas01 hmm superstay works for me though. And so many other silicone based foundations. Just not these. It was marketed to be very skin like which it clearly didn’t look like. Also mentioned in the video that it would probably work for someone with oily skin too. So I don’t know which influencer you are referring to in your comment.
