You have to remember: She implants a Weakness that the enemy does not NATURALLY have. The Big Boy you were attacking in the beginning already had Lightning Weakness. It was literally impossible for them to get it or the Weakness type shred from Bronie. You can just use Basic Attack to implant Bugs or skill for All-RES shred + Energy.
Iirc enemies have a 20% weakness to well elements they are weak to. Assuming you aren’t trying to apply weakness to an element they are resistant to all weakness elements should get 30% total shred from her skill. though I maybe misunderstanding her kit

It depends, if you're only looking for debuff then yes, 40% against 24%, but in general, the 5* light cone is better, it gives 12% extra damage form a debuff to the enemy
The 4* and 5* gives the same effect hit rate, the difference is just that u can easily superimpose the 4* so it seems better but 5* still gives the same amount if they're technically in the same superimpose lvl but I get your point.
5 offers a lot more, you can make up that effective hit rate. 5 is still her best light cone for sure but the 4 star is so good idk why you would spend pulls or money for the 5 star

Quantum is definitely the way to go, Break Effect isn’t good on Silver Wolf. It’s usable, but not optimal. Her BiS is Quantum, second best is Musketeer for the Speed you get. Also, her optimal Effect Hit Rate is 96%.

I think the only good team so far is if you have Bailu and Jing Yuan. You could make thunder team weakness break with Tingyun and her as support. She's an excellent Debuffer.

In my opinion the free light cone is even better than her signature

The main difference is that I can save 80 pulls worth of Jades so the free 4* is automatically the better LC for me.

У меня для этого есть специально обученая эмбер С6 с выкрученым артами пробитием. Да, не дебафит. Зато пробивает) В принципе, пока хватает.
