I have to say wow alienware really is stepping with their periperals. I now have an alienware ultrawide and a gaming headset from them. I AM IMPRESSED. Even for value they really are top notch.
I had one pair of Alienware headphones and they were falling apart in six months, and they were not cheap. Alienware makes great monitors but the rest of their peripherals are meh at best.
@@Stolenshade it was mainly the headband that started to fall apart. The rubber skin over the foam had separated basically all the way down the seam. These were the 920H headphones.
@ yeah I can see why you wouldn’t want to go with them again. That’s buns. I do have to say I love my stuff but I haven’t had an issue where I needed to have support help or a quality issue. But good to note and then I’d recommend anyone buy an extended warranty if possible. Such as geek squad protection cus it lets you replace them instead of them trying to fix it.

@@chrism65 I was skeptical at first but I’m going on almost a month and I still love them. I’ll let you know in six months if they are dooky lol

@ dang that stinks did you complain to Alienware?
@Stolenshade I did and they basically told me to pound sand and they blamed it on user damage.
