this is definately dubbed. the guitars/drum sounds very very rarely sounds pinpoint accurate live from the album. you can also tell during the beginning of lips where cody hits a cymbal but is silent on the recording. takes a good ear and good knowledge of music to tell the difference between actual live and dubbed.
I believe i said dubbed, as in not actually live. I never said lip synch. I said you can tell its dubbed at the beginning of "lips", aka lips of an angel.
I think it was a smart move because their live performance are quite a bit different from the original, and the cheerleaders would struggle staying on beat...
