MBA HR wont do any good for your SAP fico background.
As you are a bcom graduate, you can try to pursue SAP fico career even after MBA HR.
For MBA HR , SAP HCM module would be perfect.

SAP Logistics(SD or MM) or S4HANA simple logistics is a good option for you. SAP is the leading ERP product used all over the world. so the job opportunities are also high. Dont look for a huge salary as a fresher. To develop yourself as a good consultant it will take 1 or 2 years. so initial salary expectations should be kept moderate. good luck...

from ease of learning perspective Primavera is best.
Primavera mainly deals with project management and it is mostly about resource allocation and scheduling while SAP is huge with number of modules ranging from MM , PS , HR , BI. SAP can run any complex multimillion dollar organisation but single Primavera can not.

I would suggest you to learn Consultant level as End user has limited career growth.

I wont recommend SAP HCM for you, as we needs to have HR domain knowledge.
you can choose technical module which doesnt needs programming... BI/BW, BOBJ, Fiori doesnt need programming skills.
if functional modules , you can do SAP MM, SD or S4hana simple logistics.
