Awesome!!! It really makes all of us want to visit Tahiti and get this wonderful monoi. Wonderful traditions should always make people proud of their country. Thanks for posting this!
When I was a kid a first saw Mutiny On The Bounty,my idea of paradise has always been the Polynesian Islands.Like Hawaii,Tahiti etc.If only the world could live this way. What it is to dream.
Oh my God -- this is the proof that Diderot, Gaugin and the Bounty Mutineers were right. These beautiful people and the images and sounds show how people should be relating to the Earth and to each other. Elegant and delightfully clear testimony. Gorgeous.

Only one man survived.
It's a mixed race now... The race was pure Asian and black and a bolder physical look. This is more of a show now in the modern times. The day's of old are gone now; although, some traditions are kept the same. Ekikah!
Don't forget to watch our website and others videos: wwwtamarikipoeranicom Alexey has no rights about this clip but we are very happy that so many people like it. Thanks Alexey !
We are not Black. We came from Taiwan and Immigrated to polynesian island. We don't no any culture but our own and we don't know African culture. We are polynesian
Don't make comments that you're not sure about there is nothing in our history that states our origins, some say we migrated from South america, Taiwan, Africa etc. I personally think that polynesians were nomades in search of food warmth etc in order to survive and settled in polynesia once they've found what they were looking for. Only our forefathers and almighty god know of our origins unfortunately, this will remsin a mystery.
im not too familiar with the entertainment industry in Tahiti...so can someone help me out in informing me as to who made this music video and also, who are the big music video productions over there? thanks. =)
Of course slavery has been completely unknown in the remaining East, West, North and South of the planet. Polynesians lived in harmony with their environment viz. did not leave any permanent garbage, ugly buildings or chemical sewage. They navigated the vast ocean by the stars, invented surfing and the hula dance. No, not perfect - just paradise.
No human culture or social organization is perfect friend. Having said that: Polynesians ate wholesome, non-GMO; no toxic fast-food & livestock didn't live in concentration camps. Some spouse abuse is seen as global phenomenon with the Jains as perhaps an exception. Abortions in China alone since their One-Child policy have exceeded 300 MILLION..Tribal warfare does not even have the same meaning as modern advanced "Totaler Krieg:" nuclear bombs, bio & chemical weapons + bonus of genocide.
Herrlich.
💚 MONO’I DE MES ANCÊTRES 💚
Le soleil se lève sur ma Terre,
O Tahiti,ma patrie bien aimée
Mono’i de mes ancêtres
Je suis à toi,mon corps t’appartient
Mono’i qui donne la vie
Et assouvit mes désirs
Tu me permets d’oindre l’enfant
Amour du mono’i
Qui me permet d’oindre l’enfant
Avec le mono’i tiare.

If you recall, not all of the islanders were nice in that book. They were more in love with being away from the British Empire and the surroundings.
