That outdoor kitchen sure has come in handy. You're making many nice dishes out there! Samelyn is soooo funny. I would say she really enjoys staying with Auntie and Uncle. She is so happy!!
As someone who is part Mexican I have eaten momma's menudo all my life. I'm curious to try it when I get out to the PI. Great to see the project progressing. I'm glad I got to see it from the start and am curious to see what the finish will look like.

My Fiancée is 39, school teacher Pinay, I’ll be teaching her lol. After 3 Marriages, I can say “ Never go to bed mad “ or carry issues into next day. wow, that chicken adobo looks really good. It's one of my favorite foods since my daughter in-law, a Filipina, cooks mostly Filipino food for her family here in Texas. I'm curious. Is it part of the contract that you will provide snacks and lunch for all the workers everyday? When I lived in the PI for several years, I saw a lot of construction going on, but don't recall seeing anyone cooking meals and providing snacks for the workers. Perhaps you are just doing it to be kind since you seem to provide everyone who performs work for you. Not counting your family in my comment.
great progress! a suggestion... put lintel beams above the window and door openings to account for the dead loads causing shear cracks at corners. it will reduce or eliminate stress on the windows and door. a simple 8" high poured concrete with a minimum of couple of 10mm rebars top and bottom going across the opening and extend about 8"-12" on each side of the opening.
