Best combo ive tried so far is the north face AMK L1 and L2 or the Mountain equipment eclipse (amazing and super protective hood design for a base layer) and the shroud midlayer which I've had a lot of use in both high wind situations and winter blizzards, the switch pro with polartech alpha has been a highlight also with it's ability to breath, that's been the mix ive used but ive also heard the kinesis set from ME also work super well for the deep cold
I have a precursor to the AMK L1 (crew) and wear it a lot on deeply cold days when the second layer (and that second layer's hood) are going to stay on. A good box fleece first layer with something brushed and smooth to not restrict my range of motion for the second layer makes me feel good on bad weather days.
Great video as always!!!
Thank you, again. This is one of those ones born from many many mistakes wearing the wrong things for the climate.
Now we need a "Tall Guys Alpha Works," since Patagonia, OV, EE and others don't make 6'5" clothes?
Great video
Thanks for watching! Glad you liked it!
