Could you take data from a MS form where they have uploaded a image and insert it into a field within d365? So upload a image to CRM from the form entry using power automate?
@@abm4975 Hi! Using MS forms to capture user input, using my flow to run a bunch of conditionals, then using that data to create a case record in CRM CE. I know you can upload a image into a ms form, but not sure how to take that and put it in CRM in a field

Hi@@abm4975 Thanks a lot for replying. Yes, this is dataverse. Both employee and customer are text columns. In customer table I also added a yes/no - 1/0 column, thinking it might be easier to sum or count this numeric value.
What If the mothly employee table had several employees in the same department with a unique department id and a column of salary amount per project that needed to be to added before sending to the Employees table, How would I add the values for each unique department id before I send that total amount to the Employees table under department salary total?

I am not sure you can just convert a zip file to txt file. All file extensions have its own way of encrypting the content.
