how come the emphasis on MTA? wouldnt blue moon armor and book of the dead be as effective?

Mage book is very nice accuracy for akkha, adds a lot of dps - and personally I just didn't want to do too much Perilous Moons, I had a hardcore previous to this one that died after that grind and I didn't want to spam it too much again.
