2:08 - 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
2:18 - ½ teaspoon salt
2:22 - ½ teaspoon white pepper
2:41 - ½ cup All Purpose flour
2:46 - 1 egg
3:12 - 1 cup of corn starch
3:20 - ~6 tablespoons of water
4:53 - Fry for 8~10 minutes until golden brown
5:24 - Mayonnaise

When coating the chicken use your left hand as your WET HAND. Touching the wet pieces.
Use your Right hand as your DRY HAND. Touching only the flour, and the coated pieces!

Why do you add soya sauce and more Salt? Soya Sauce is already very salty! 😮
