What is ASMR?
“ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) or TINGLES are a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body that are triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles.”
I remember my first time experiencing Tingles! Watching a friend of mine read a book while listening to him turn the pages and lick his finger as he turned each one.
It made my head feel soooo fuzzy I fell asleep right in the armchair I was sitting in.
My goal is to help recreate that feeling for some of you!

I am on the spectrum, the high end, but I still struggle with communication.
Cosmo is so sweet and nurturing I can't help but be charmed.

This really reminds me of talking to my favorite GIGANT teddy bear when I was a little kid, he's still next to me right now tbh❤ My favorite thing to do before sleeping at that age was kind of...scrunching up my baby blanket and using whatever structures it ended up in as a castle for my animal figures to play on.
