    Done omad 3x a week and 18/6 4x a week alternate for 3 months at 6 months walang rice.. From 105 kg down to 80kg.. Nag normal blood sugar ko from 380 to 90.. Blood presure from 180/100 to 120/80. Normal trygli, cholesterol lahat ng test ko nag normal lahat..
    Kailangan lng ng tamang information.
    Morning at 5am prayer muoa tpus 2 tbs apple cider 1 glass 1 tbs lemon mix para sa energy tpus
    Walking 1hr
    After 1hr coffee with stevia and whole cream
    11am green tea
    2pm lunch salad leafy vegetable 4 eggs as many lettuce na kaya mo lagyan ng virgin olive oil
    5pm tea chamomile
    May dala ako lagi himalayan salt
    8pm bullet proof cocoa with butter and cream..
    Try nyo..
    Tamang info lng dapat ksi.. Hnd naman porke cnabi omad yun na yun..
    May mga paraan para healthy ang way at hnd maramdaman gutom..

    Jesus fasted 40 days at sbi din sa bible many times ang fasting maganda sa katawan at brain cognitive which is true..

    nag-OMAD ako dati for three months. Effective naman talaga para bumaba ang timbang plus exercise pero sa loob ng 3 months na yun ay madalas lang ako nakakalabas dahil mas napapadalas ang pagdumi ko ng malambot hanggang sa naging abala na nung kailangan ko na magasikaso ng mga papeles. Kaya binago ko na, nag 3x meal per day na ko at napansin ko na mas maayos yung pagdumi ko. Doc, may kinalaman ba ang omad sa palaging malambot ang pupu?

    Kaya nga kami nag OMAD with intermittent fasting kase nga hindi kami gumagaling sa balanced diet ehhh😅

      wala namang pumipilit sayo. nagpresent lang ako ng facts. at paulit ulit naman sinasabi na kung gumana sayo edi happy for you. pero hindi porke gumana sayo e gagana sa lahat. sana klaro yun

      Eh di kung di gumaling ang high blood mo di uminum ka ng gamot at sasabihin sa iyo ng mga dalubhasang doctor eh lifetime maintenance mo na yan kahit marami mga sideeffect gaya ng statin para sa cholesterol.

    In other words, OMAD is not advisable .

      Sa umpisa mainitin ulo pag nasanay na wala na matic na dala ka sea salt or himalayan a pinch pag ramdam gutom tpus green tea chamomile black coffee.. Pag umaga pag gcing apple cider at pag bago matulog.. Magbabago ang lahat.. Ska start dpat sa 16:8 tpus 18:6 tpus 22:2.. Huwag biglain.. Exercise din walking.. Gaganda health mo.. Right info lng need. At less carb
