LEGENDS
brilliant video
Dougie is great trail ridder. But in the 80s he was in kick start he never won nowt but he proved them now. I think it was with the camar on him that why he didn.t winn in the 80s well done Dougie you are a champ at the trails now
Must of been nerves . I’m glad he’s got used to all the attention. Must be hard to deal with.
Arthur was also a star in scrambling
Lampkin magic 👍
dougie looks so young there!
he is
Can someone tell me when Eddie luzan won in Wales 198? South Wales
Looks like the entrance to the Flappits at the end. Maybe wrong as it's been a long time. I do remember seeing John Lampkin riding a brand new Beta TR34 at the Flappits in 1987/88. It was one of the first in the country at the time.
When Dougie is practising it's all at the flappit, it was closed down but people still ride there today. completely changed though.
@@sashacoe25 yep, stopped us riding at Addingham moorside too :(
God bless him like Arther unstopable
I liked the older trial`s bike`s the 70`s 80`s model`s they had a seat and a large gas tank when you were just out riding with your buddies sometimes we never new where we were gonna end up the old TY`s fill up the autolube container fill the tank etc ride all day they had a reserve to not sure if new 1`s do probably not
I disagree
Went on to be 12 x world champion!!
I think modern day trials bike riders like Tony bou and Adam raga would struggle against dougie.
genius
