Ive legit had 60hz since i started playing cs in 2012 bro when i swapped to an ssd over hhd in 2020 that shit was a world of difference picking up my first 165hz monitor tonight hope i can feel the crispness

@doutormarco7243 forsure man I didn't get a crazy monitor legit an Onn brand gaming monitor from Walmart and at first it felt like something was way off but once my eyes adjusted to it it's definitely a lot Smoother, only really notice a huge gameplay difference if you whip your mouse around really quick to clear an area you want miss frames as badly if that makes sense. For $120 at the local walmart it feels like going from a 90 fps Pc to 300 fps Pc
That Being said I have a 300 fps Pc so it runs smooth lol I think if your fps Is lower than your refresh it starts getting a little choppy

I got 100hz monitor. When I play GTA V, I get 80fps max and it stutters a bit when i play on 100hz

It's not subjective lol you WILL feel the difference. It's more so after 144hz the difference will become smaller but still noticeable. 60 to 144hz feels like the biggest jump.

Was on 165hz for like 2 years. Got a 240hz few weeks ago and now 165hz or below feels so trash lol. Next up 500hz and then 99% of monitors will feel unplayable to you.

@@Justin-iy7rq Hertz is pretty much the displays capable frame rate. You NEED to match or have a higher Hz monitor or TV to unlock the use of higher FPS. TV's are only capable of 59 or 60hz, so are locked at 60fps. A 120hz monitor can play at 120fps, 144 fps on a 144hz.....and so on. Hope this helps.

You can change the screen's refresh rate to its maximum in the settings, search for it on youtube

Purachse a gaming monitor and connect with laptop and monitor will give 240 if your laptop is giving
