I never had nahm Ngov soda, I'll have to give it a try, definitely looks refreshing. Thanks for sharing the pickling method of the limes. Have you tried using lemons instead of the limes?
Mmmmmmmmm !!!! Nam Ngov Soup with Chicken.Taste just as good as Sgow Nam Ngov ( Sat Brovukk is some kind of a small,brown wild duck in Cambodia ).Those are ideal for Sgow Nam Ngov.But chicken are just as good.......;))))

I’m always wondering where they got the name Nahm Ngov for pickled limes. 😂. But I love making them with black chicken. So delicious.
I notice you break the Nahm Ngov. I love leaving it whole in the boil soup until it plumps up.
😅 whatever floats your boat . I’m not too sure about the name 🤔 possibly not Khmer
