I just watched your update vid about your minishift yesterday night after deciding to actually try to shift again. I'm taking this as a sign that everything is gonna work out. It's good to see you posting!
hey! I think I shifted here, you see about a week ago I was going to shave with my razor(a blue one)and the blade came off (never happened to me before) so i took a photo of it because it seemed strange to me. I shaved with another razor (a pink one), left both where I always put them, and then I didn't think much more about it. Yesterday when I woke up and went to brush my teeth I saw that both razors had a blade. I thought maybe I saw it wrong the first time, I looked for the photo I had taken and IT WAS NOT THERE. I also told my sister that the razor no longer had the blade and when I asked her if she remembered that I had told her this, she told me that i did never told her that.
I had heard about shifting a few years back, but I was in a rough mental state and I couldn’t focus on anything, even tho I desperately wanted to leave and go somewhere far away. Now I’m perfectly healthy, but I’m SUPER motivated to shift! It sounds genuinely like so much fun and I get giddy w/ excitement when I think about it 🤭🤭 I’ve been doing a lot of research but have only found videos from like YEARS ago. So I say all this to say that I love your channel and I hope you keep posting about shifting! I wholeheartedly believe that there are indeed other realities and it opened my mind to possibilities and honestly made sense to me. Anti shifters just jealous they can’t do it fr 🙄 Love you girl!!!! 💕💕
I use a method very close to the one talked about here. I found, in my meditations, that once I am able to enter the hypnagogic state and maintain it, I can enter almost any reprogramming I want. It's not an exact science, meaning you don't always get the results you think you might, but it's very powerful. =)
Just believe that what your thinking it what your dr self is thinking, think that you've shifted but your eyes are closed and you dr self is thinking :)

So technically youre right, i cant script in to have spiderman powers in my CR. However, scripting it is whats setting the intention and the goal to shift when you fall asleep. Its literally just affirmations but written down
1. limitar toda negatividad sobre shifting (por ejemplo, no dar importancia a los comentarios de los anti-shifter); 2. dedica 10/15 minutos al día a la visualización. visualízate intentando shifting (no sé cómo traducir esto, perdóname): piensa todos los pasos que das normalmente, en qué posición te pones, qué método utilizas (si lo utilizas), qué sensaciones sientes, si tienes síntomas, etc. después de eso, imagina que has shifted - tampoco sé cómo traducir esto - y escribe lo que sientes para que tu cerebro reemplace las imágenes negativas por positivas y comiences a ver cambios; 3. después de unos días, en este paso, comienza a implementar afirmaciones positivas (visualización + afirmaciones = combo mágico). reconoce los sentimientos negativos, pero déjalos a un lado para que los positivos tengan espacio (por eso es importante anotar los sentimientos positivos que sentiste durante la visualización); REPITE Y SÉ CONSISTENTE CON ESTOS PASOS durante algún tiempo, también puedes decir afirmaciones adicionales a lo largo del día y fuera de la visualización. 4. buscar y utilizar una meditación o cualquier otra cosa que realmente te relaje. cuando el cerebro está en un estado relajado, el subconsciente baja sus defensas, absorbe información como una esponja y es más fácil de reprogramar superponiendo los pasos mencionados anteriormente. 5. cuando sientas que estás teniendo actitudes saboteadoras, intenta dejarlas a un lado y ser más consistente y persistente con esta reprogramación (pasos 2,3,4 sobre todo). Visualise doing ur method, how u would get in position what other things u do when actually doing ur method, then visualise that ur method worked and u end up in ur Dr, imagine opening ur eyes in Dr and see what u would see when u shift and feel
You wake up in your dr and you go to ur favourite place in that dr, for me I made up a mall with my distorted ass visualisation but it can be McDonald's or anything, then you meet your favourite person and you'll talk to them, give someone a hug blah blah blah. It can be boring but you need to just visualise the people in your dr and the place ur gonna wake up (like if you are shifting to Hogwarts then ofcourse you'd wanna visualse you at the castle thingy (I'm sorry I never watched Harry Potter 💀))

You can try shifting guided meditations for adhd
If u have a thought instead of avoiding it complete it cause the more u avoid it the more it will distract u finish the thought and start again
Just believe that what your thinking it what your dr self is thinking, think that you've shifted but your eyes are closed and you dr self is thinking :)
