A beachfront property can literally be found on any coast in the world, but there is only 1 Miami. And this place puts you in the middle of it all, while still being able to see everything. Including the beach. It's a total win-win. Don't know what you're bummed about...

This sort of location appeals to those who can’t decide if they want to live downtown, in Brickell, or on South Beach so they compromise by buying a high rise property in the center of all 3, with a 360 degree view via floor-to-ceiling windows.

So what makes the owner think that because of this crazy market, this price is acceptable? I would entertain the original asking price of 14M and no more…
