@@Repzion probably cause it's not a few spelling issues but a lot of completely changed words since it doesnt seem to process all the accents too well, it can be a bit distracting (example piers morgan saying "the law caught up to him" being placed as "the lord caught up to him", hilarious but takes you out of context if you're hard of hearing)
i'd say perhaps making the caption smaller and a more sober font would mitigate how intrusive it feels in the video, but tbh, i do genuinely appreciate wanting to add captions for those that are hard of hearing, it is nice you considered that, thank you

I remember there was a case in UK where the homeowners were charged for beating up some thief breaking into their property. And the thief was, i think, released with just a slap on the wrist. So I'm not surprised people aren't getting physical with him even if they very much wanted to; he is not worth it.

My theory on this mizzy kid, is that him and his mates are actually mugging people, robbing houses, attempting to and likely stealing cars, all behind the scenes. But he films them all as a cover story or insurance for when attempts fail, or he gets caught - this way he can use 'prank bro' afterwards, to back out easily if needed to (Uber prank) while also seeming as lesser criminals than they really are to courts. But unfortunately, knowing him, he probs left the pup in the road :((. He’s killed a kitten of mine before when my sis broke up with him. He had left school early and I remember my sis coming up to me and bein like “he’s goin to our house, he said he’s gonna kill our animals”. Sure enough, he had cut a hole under the bottom of my mattress and put the kitten’s body there. What I would also point out about England and Wales laws being OK, you seem to be missing something else about context. How cops work is that if they're called, they turn up, they deal with the situation, and they may arrest someone. If they do, they take them back to the station and they have to stay on shift until all the paperwork and interviews are done. For an 8 hour shift this usually takes ALL the shift up, so imagine how it is if you get someone towards the end of your shift?
On top of this, assuming the person gets charged, the file then gets sent to the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service). These then assess whether someone gets to go forward (to court). They make an economic judgement as well as other factors.
And the sad reality is our Tory government have been cutting back police funding like crazy to undermine them, meaning that inevitably many minor offences aren't being charged, like Mizzy. It's what they plan on.
And also he's in London, and the Met Police are frankly crap.

If this kid hasn’t figured out already that the world hates him, what he’s doing isn’t cool, and that he can’t make money as an influencer because he gets banned before monetization…I don’t think anything will change the kid.

I hear shuffling in the hallway right in front of me and look up to see a shadowy figure, I smile because I thought it was my husband until my eyes adjusted and he walked into the light. The conversation that ensued was something like this "What are you doing in here??" He said "I wanted a cigarette" "I could have shot you, I have had an attempted break-in before so I put up cameras and always have knives or a gun nearby!" "Oh, I'm sorry. Your door was open and I saw you walking home, so I thought I could just come in." (Liar, my door is very annoying to shut so I push my whole shoulder and make sure I hear the click each time) "Ok well dont do this again please" I handed him a cigarette and he left. I was in so much shock I slightly believed him so I called my husband and told him what happened and asked if I should call the cops, and he said yeah that story is bullshit. I called the cops and after they arrived and talked with them they noticed some things. He didn't knock or ring my doorbell (I know my door was closed) then walked SILENTLY through my whole house after he saw me walk in, anyone else would have called out. It likely wasn't a burglary attempt, which would have been better than what he was planning. I'm very proud of myself for thinking that fast to say I had cameras and weapons, both not true at the time. This taught me to never leave the door unlocked no matter how little time you think you'll be inside. Many bad people will come in right after you so you don't have time to shut the door, too. Try to train yourself to do a look around before you even get up to the door.

Terrifying. I’m really glad you were quick thinking and that he left you alone. Makes me so sick that people can invade someone’s home, the place a person is supposed to feel the most safe. It’s such a violation.
I live alone and the thought of anyone walking into my home uninvited is horrendous. I’ve had a few very scary things happened, I once caught a man standing at and staring into my living room window one evening after waking up from a nap on my couch. He took off when I screamed but I was so scared I slept with a switchblade under my pillow for a while. Really messes with your mind.

Me: Are u going to get a gun?
She: Hell, no! If I'd had one, I would've shot for sure and killed some drunk kid. How do u live with that?
Dad hooked up his girls w some wasp and bear spray, which I still keep very handy. It shoots 12 ft and WILL incapacitate ya. A stun gun means I hv to be close to the intruder.
If this kid had walked into a different apt? He would've been met w a gun. Remember, I'm a Gen-Xer, so it wasn't a "prank," etc. This was IRL. While we don't all own guns 🇺🇸, many do.

It’s gotten so bad that I’ve actually got a metal baseball bat in my room as a precaution now. My neighbours have had their houses broken into twice and just because we have strict gun laws doesn’t mean one day someone breaking in won’t get bashed. Hell, people have already found where some of the offenders live and only backed off when police came in to break it up (being useless in actually catching them though). It’s extremely frustrating and one day when someone breaks in, they’re going to meet someone who doesn’t fear the repercussions of the law.

My dogs would bite him too (and I’d absolutely let them). He’s lucky no one has shot him or sprayed him with pepper spray-in the US he would’ve been shot a long time ago and the police wouldn’t care (unfortunately).

@Repzion The laws were written at a time when we had to protect a lot of children from unsafe homes and environments. They were also written to bare in mind that we are dealing with children - in the past we used to send kids to juvenile prisons that were nearly as bad as adult prisons. Now a lot of kids are taking advantage of the laws written to protect them - please bare in mind that UK law can and does change more flexibly than US law, and with the right dominating in parliament, love them or hate them, we can at least hope that some of these laws will be tightened up. I mean, some politician or judge, (the law can change by legal precedent), must realise that we all want to feel safe. Until then we have to put up with this s***.
