I loved talking to Patrick. 💕And yes, I also binch watch the playlists of my favorite toy youtubers while cleaning toys~ for sure😘
I was really surprised about the amount of non-pony toys there but then also surprised that there were no Polly Pockets (I think I saw one maybe?) I have the feeling that ususally pony-people and polly-people are 2 different types of people and don't overlap too much🤔
Thank you so much~ seeing all my footage I already felt better about the vlogging part but I did not shoot enough b-roll. I always wanted but then in the end I kept talking to so many people that the show was closing and I did not feel good and thought I did not have good or enough footage. Turned out I had plenty🤣(almost 2 hours of footage~ haha)

Ja, nachdem ich die Customs gesehen hatte, habe ich gleich wieder Lust bekommen selbst mehr Customs zu machen😆 ich wünschte ich hätte mehr Zeit für kreative Projekte😝
Genau deshalb hatte ich mich von dem HQG1Cs immer etwas zurück gehalten. Welche will ich? Welche beauche ich? Ist schon teuer genug die vintage Ponies zu sammeln~😜

Although you are right, that some parts more felt like hell. Which ponies and toys to pick? I've never seen so many that I want in one place😆 and also just one day and not enough time to fully experience the con. There was so much that I missed. Panels, interactive games, competitions, the raffle, buying artwork. 🤯 All I could do was pony shopping, filming and talking to a lot, a lot of people. In the end I had such a long conversation,that the floor was closing and everyone was packing 🤣🤣🤣 Ah yes, and I took part in the g1 pony quiz (my team lost gloriously😂) and voted for the custom contest. But I wanted to do so much more 😅
But it was my first pony convention and it was finally happening after a 3 year long wait 💖 and it was amazing🤩

I hope there is a pony convention next year. I'm not going to make it to UK Pony Con this year although I was considering it. Does not work out with holiday scheduling at work🤷🏼♀️

That's too bad about UK Pony Con, but there is always next year. I really hope Nachtlicht Con becomes a yearly thing, and continues to grow. It was so much fun!!
@@magenpetrofsky8155 From what I heared they are not organizing a NachtlichtCon next year. But they really want to keep their branding and the name for themselfs so that at least tells me they are thinking about more NachtlichtCons in the future. One of the vendors (I honestly don't know his name) is putting together a pony con in the very north of Germany. He is in contact with several youth hostels for organizing the venue. So there is something in the works for next year I guess? 😉
@@LauSkypainter Oh thanks for the info. I didn't know. I will keep an eye out. I am really hoping there is a yearly pony con in the EU. There is also Ponyfest is Sweden which I was thinking of, but it's probably not going to be possible for me this year. Germany is just easier for me to get to. I wish I could just go to all the pony cons 😁

Für Deutschland ist soweit ich das mitbekomme, keine Pony Convention geplant in nächster Zeit.
Zumindest habe ich noch nichts mitbekommen.
Wenn du bereit bist zu reisen, wäre die nächste in England. Die UK Pony Con. Die ist im Oktober. Und in Amerika gibt es zum Beispiel die Pony Friends Forever Convention. Und andere Länder (Schweden z.b.) haben auch eigene.
Tut mir Leid, dass ich da nicht so gut weiter helfen kann. 😅

Good job buying G2 Nightglow for ten Euros! I have a lot of annuals but I'm scared to get the one you showed with Fireball on the cover as it may tempt me to try to get him...but at least he's one of the cheaper Mountain Boys (and my fave). I was window shopping vicariously through you, lol. I didn't know Hasbro was going to release the Date Night set, they would have gone so well with the Glow 'n Shows- but maybe the Glow 'n Shows replaced them? You made a great Megan!

Yes, I didn't even know Night Glow before I boughr her 😆 I just fell in love wirh her color scheme and when I was told she has a glow-in-the-dark feature, I needed to have her. She was available at another booth as well but for 35€. Mine wasn't in that good condition though. I had to work quite a lot on her forelock to get it good looking again. But totally worth it🤩
Yeees, Ice Crystal was on the cover if the 1988 Annual. I didn't buy it in the end. Ice Crystal is also my fave of the Mountain Boys. Didn't know he is one of the "less expensive" ones from this set since I've never even seen him for sale😅 but good to know✌
Yes the Date-Night set was an origknal idea of Hasbro back then. But to be honest, I don't think they are that special. A little boring to me🤔 but such a cool thing HQG1C has brought them to live 🤩💕
Very possible the Glow'n Show ponies were done instead of the Fancy Swirl/ Celestial Ponies. Mixing some glow-in-the-dark hearts into the plastic was probably easier than those antennas and swirls~ haha

I also wish the prices were lower but that's just not the reality. All the ponies that I showed with those high prices were very special ponies. Rare, country exclusives, late releases or variants. But there were tons if items out there for really fair and good prices. I payed 4 € each on Tootsy and Sunlight and 0,50€ for the Baby Buggy accessories. Mirror Mirror for 8€, the Skydancer for 12€, Megan for 10€. What better prices could I ask for? I'm pretty happy✌
