Coming from the state of Texas, where BBQ is almost a religion, it is fun to watch you try your hand at it! As far as the marshmallows go, you want to go slow. Too hot too fast and it is burnt on the outside and still cold inside. A nice golden brown with the inside all nice and melty is the best! Keep up the content, and I look forward to your next video!
