    There seems to be a debate on where the ToC starts. From the bottom or from the top down. I see that at 10:40 after mentioning the goal, you moved to the activities. Is that your preferred direction of thinking, when starting a brand new Theory of change? Thanks.

    @clearhorizon how do relate the TOC to the MSC method of evaluation? I watched one of your MSC videos earlier. It's an interesting approach.

      The best way to describe the difference is that Theory of Change (TOC) is a foundational part of MEL, while Most Significant Change (MSC) is one method among many to collect stories of impact.

    So does it means the programme logic could be likened to the results framework or results chain? Are they the same?
