- MY EXTRAORDINARY is the 1st Filipino #BoysLove (BL) series on national television. It is a tender story about innocence, friendship, the beauty of awakening desire, acceptance and how time heals all wounds.
#MyExtraordinary follows the colorful story of two college students, Shake (Darwin Yu) and Ken, (Enzo Santiago) and how they try to express themselves despite the society's many expectations.

About 200-300 years ago, the Indistrial Revolution started in England and factory started producing goods in time which was never before achieved. Countries like USA and Germany took it further in another phase to their own and the rest was history. Can we say 2020 is the start of a phase of BL Revolution in the Philippines which was started prior in Thailand and we're witnessing history in the making? 😁

I like how you can't put Ken into a stereotypical box. In part 1 he was a shy, insecure aspiring writer who kept his head down and was worried about being stared at. In this part the glasses came off and he was more of a jock/class clown type. Very nuanced characterization.

In fairness, ang ganda ng pilot episode. Sobrang kakabitin. Galing ng cinematography, sound, and acting. Cute din ng chemistry nilang dalawa plus yung OST, sarap pakinggan. Lakas yung Thai BL vibe ng series na to. Lakas talaga maka Thai series actually. Favorite kong scene yung nagpakilala sila sa isa't isa at yung basketball scene. May spark. Naramdaman ko agad. Looks like may aabangan naman tayo every week.
Pansin ko nag improve yung color grading compared sa trailer. Mas better yung ngayon, may glossy finish. God job yung colorist. ❤
PS. Ayaw ko ung color grading ng sa trailer, gamit na gamit na yung madilim na madilaw na ma vignette. Para silang may hepa lahat. Chour. Love this new kulay talaga. Sana consistent ang kulay. Char.
