let me ask few questions. as i know laterite stones are natural and they will get moisture in winter season were as red bricks they are already burnt and are useful for all type of construction. I don't trust this guy.

For 4 or 6 inch wall bricks r used.. laterite size will be more , so it increases labour n cutting charges
