Cashew Dressing recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon tamari
1 heaping tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves
1 small garlic clove
Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy right away on a salad or move to a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
*If you don’t have a high-speed blender, you have three options:
1. soak the cashews first in water overnight and drain before following the recipe.
2. Grind the dry, raw cashews first in a coffee grinder until they become a flour, and then put them in the blender.
3. Cover the cashews in boiling water and let them soak 10-20 minutes before draining and using.

You are truly REAL!! From one native New Yorker born and raised in the Bronx. I moved to Florida awhile back to raise my 2 sons and begin a new life. I’m 69 years young and still get homesick for NY but I get to see New York through your eyes. I am a breast cancer survivor 5 years in remission and it’s days like this that videos like yours bring a smile to my day. God bless you and your beautiful family always. I'm obsessed with the salad but when it comes to 'fattening' trust me, cashews are not NOT fattening. I make this amazing vegan Mac and cheese with cashews and it's heaven. Also as a fellow pale brown woman, no it's not the camera - it's the winter skin!

I got one of those tripod gadgets from the apple store a few years ago and still unopen in the box. Well, glad to see you back in the saddles again and to see how much the kids have grown. I officially have been dumb down because I spend a lot of time watch videos on UA-cam and checking out what going on in IG. That invisible mask is sweet! You fix different meal for everyone? I remember the bribe to at least eat 3 spoonsful of each item to get desert. Whew! God bless you because I hate cooking and I don't like a lot of things but stick to basic stuff that I am familiar with. On my own now so can throw some lettuce in a bowl and be fine. I almost forgot about the house until you mention that hubby is out there painting. I so like the bathroom storage you added to hold your stuff, just genius.
