I was born in the biggest slum in Bangkok, Thailand that surrounded by drugs a crimes as you can imagine that i did not have to much chance for education because of financial status. when i was in high scool I first heard their songs I didn't know what the songs saying about (most of Thai people don't know English at that time) so i tried hard to practice my English just because wanted to know what each song means. I can say their song kept me away from anything bad and Linkin Park is the most inspire of mine.. listening to thier songs is like having them beside.

My mom and i, she doesnt know Linkin Park that well, were sitting on the couch. She had heard about Chester from the news and i played this song. We both just looked at each other in the eye and slowly began crying as the song kept on playing. No words were needed in that moment, but it's one of the closest moments i've ever had with my mom.

The moment i heard about what happened...i didnt say a word. I didnt cry for 20 minutes. I just froze. The same position for 20 minutes before i broke into tears. I have absolutely loved linkin park since i was 3 when i first heard "what I've done" and been in love with them. Their music is so touching, even when it was more rock. I feel in every song i can connect to in some way and linkin park helped me get through some of the toughest times of my life. My pets being put down. Being bullied every day. And linkin park was my light. I am getting choked up and crying as i type this. Thank you gNus for a touching tribute
