    Instructions
    1. Fry bay leaf and 1 spoon cumins in Ghee until golden brown
    2. Cut 1 onion, 5-6 Garlic cloves, 2 tomatoes, Couple pieces of ginger, 2-3 green chillis and make it into a paste.
    3. Once step 1 is done, add the paste from step 2. Let it cook for at least 10 mins.
    4. Soak Chana for 6-8 hours and then boil it well
    5. Add 4 to the mixture
    6. Add salt to taste
    7. Add one spoon Kasoori Methi
    8. Lightly fry bread in Ghee
    9. Bread Chana is ready to be served
