It would be nice to see the things they sell there and not just a food shopping trip. Many of us expats would like to know is it better than landers. Is SR like costco in Canada and U.S.
Hi Joseph Padilla! Based from our experience, mas nakakamura kami kapag bumibili kami dito sa Canada dahil hindi namin binibili ng minsanan. Kahit time consuming po, we really shop around para sa mga sale. Sometimes naman po may buy 1 take 1 sale din ang S&R pero hindi namin natiyempuhan. Ngayon kung walang sapat na oras na magshop around at walang sale halos pareho lang po ang mga presyo ng mga imported goods sa S&R at sa ibang bansa. Sana po nakatulong ang info na to.
The Nissan noodles are expensive. In the US I have seen that same thing for less than half of what it sells there. That's terrible. Otherwise, that store is nearly identical to Costco or Sam's Club in the US. Very nice place to get stuff.
@GMoney, Though it's my favorite, I agree with you that noodles was pretty expensive. And speaking of Costco, hopefully we can visit one of their stores in Canada soon👍🏼
@@MiclatFAMinCanada I want to move to Davao so badly to try the S&R there. I found a nice condo there for 25,000 pesos per month that is nearly walking distance to S&R.
@@MiclatFAMinCanada I was there a few months ago. The cost of living in the US is way too much. It takes an entire month's salary just to pay the rent leaving no money left for anything else.
Hello Paraluman! Honestly, the prices were fair and some were a little expensive especially with no promo or sale. There might be cheaper options outthere.
