What I like most is that you let them do their thing, let them wander and stroll around without hurrying, yelling or pushing. They look like a group of elderly ladies scurrying around, very, very at ease 😁.
Those are some lawn mowers you've got! 🤣 In many videos, when Yvonne is trying to get the horses to go into their stalls, I don't have a clue what she is saying in the Frisian language, but my American ears always hear: "C'mon! In the box!" It makes me chuckle every time I hear it. 🙂
I noticed that too. Very rhythmic. And her mowing was very organized too, first an arc as far as she could comfortably reach to on side, half a step forward, then the next arc to the other side etc. Couldn't have been more efficient.
I love the munching sounds, the clip clip sounds and, am used to the farting sounds. I have a husband! Lol! Uniek is eating for two, she needs to eat and we will leave it at that. Thank you for the explanation.

Vanessa L Daniel Out of these 3 Uniek & her foal due this coming year are the only ones who now belongs to Yvonne(though she didn’t officially own her at the time this was filmed back in July) Yvonne didn’t have Queen Uniek as hers until October, the other two mares Pjirkje & Frieda Uniek’s ladies in waiting along with all the other horses belong to Rein, owner of the stables & property & Yvonne’s boss.
It was so interesting to watch them eat. I had never observed a horse eat grass so closely. They eat certain things like grass and dandelion (good for their kidneys) but avoid others. They know what to eat to stay healthy. Love the crunching sound they make.
Our Uniek is a very big girl, but she does eat or wants to eat all the time, like she's never fed, poor thing. HA! I have a friend that has an Andalusian. that is big also- 17+ hands. Same hunger. His cost of feed alone is astronomical!! But then, his horses get very expensive, healthy food.

Ah yes the one & only 👑👑Queen of Hunger & her loyal entourage enjoying the delicious green delicacy which had been left in the corner just for them😀 Nom,nom nom.🌾🌾🌾Without a doubt if Uniek had it her way it’s all she’d do eat,eat & eat some more which is why her nickname fits her perfectly. She says to her 2 ladies in waiting “Hey, move out of the way I need more nutrients than you two I’m carrying a foal which neither of you have yet”😂🤩 So cute how it was Frieda who followed her Majesty into a stall this time,usually it’s Pjirkje but one of them always has to be with her as ladies must do with their Queen.💖💖🦄🦄

By now she’s only around 4 months pregnant and I came up with that term awhile back,way before she was in foal.😄😊 Eating has been her most favorite pastime prior to her carrying a baby but now she just has a really good reason to eat more lol😂 but it will still be monitored of course.

KeeperOfmyHEART Compared to Uniek who’s the biggest of the three & Pjirkje Frieda is significantly smaller but that is because of her age like you mentioned & also because she has a lot more growing to do. Uniek at 14 is a fully mature mare & Pjirkje who’s 7 is almost done growing she should be fully grown by the time she’s 8 but Miss Frieda still has quite a ways to go. Frisian’s just mature much more slowly than other breeds.
Wow, what a lawn mower! She is fast and efficient. But, if you have ever tried to stay full on salad greens, it's understandable. Even though they get hay and other food, they weigh tons, don't they?
