Frank is the one of, if not the best operator I've ever seen. Having been on many a construction site of all types, both as a mechanic and other industry related positions for decades there have been a lot. Frank is just the cream of the crop. He never seems to waste a single stroke of that bucket, ever. Anyone that hires Frank gets their money's worth, no doubt. I find it funny that Frank and Jeff from jpaydirt are good friends. They are some of the hardest working guys. Like speaks to like I suppose.
AMEN brother! Nothing I hate any more than an operator running his mouth on how good he is. Like you said, I don't care how good you are, keep it to your self and prove it! BTW, I would of hate to of paid that gravel bill! 😲😲
When I was working below in NYC digging around utilities we had a new operator start with us. Good young lad and asked a pile of questions. He asked me one morning what’s the secret to being a good operator. I said there is none just show up well before start time , keep your machine in good condition like you were the one making the payments. Make life easy on the laborers and don’t be afraid to ask for their advice as many of them have been at this for 20 plus years. Be confident but not overly and never stop learning. Most of all never get in the position where you think you are thee best operator this world has seen or you will go from hero to zero in milliseconds. As for you Frank I have learned quite a bit from your operating style and your overall attitude and have sent a few young lads in your direction to learn . Thank you for taking the time to make these videos.
I have learned a bunch. Just working on the farm. All owe it watching this channel. Had to dig a trench for a propane line and the guys commented how nice it was and they have seen a few. Recently, had to dig a new maintenace pit, again it came out pretty good, given who was operating 😮, Thanks again, couln't have done it without your advice. take care
Ive always wondered how well you were being accepted by the crews you work with since you are more or less a hired gun. Some folks don't particularly care for that sometimes. Happy Easter Mr. Frank.
Yeah, it’s a different world for sure. I find it’s best to act like you are the new guy, you are. And expectations are usually low, so act accordingly. I had a few of the crew that didn’t like my presence, but by being a nice humble person that barrier will fall. Usually by noon the first day I can be myself, some of them were harder to win over… Happy Easter thanks for watching
I agree 💯 Frank just prove it. The ones that usually have to tell you how good they are can’t really hang. The construction industry and operating equipment seems to be one of those places where a lot of people want to brag or think they are better than everyone. I usually just smile and nod and let them talk lol
I stopped and talked to a buddy that was working on his fence by the road I saw his backhoe working up in the field he finished and here he come as he pulled up he opened the door and the radio was wide open. His 8 year old son stepped out. I couldn’t believe it and Bret said he has been on it since he was just a kid
You’re absolutely right but I’ve been watching you for a long time I’m trying to figure out what made you want to buy that new Holland backhoe over any other one
I’ve seen it over the many years that the ones that brag about their selves all the time usually aren’t the best and never will accept their not. And don’t matter how many times someone proves their not the best the ones that are will never get the recognition and respect form those that are not. Now days there are way more bad operators than good ones.
What size bucket are u running in this movie. What is the largest bucket you operate with? Why have they hired you when they have have an operator and machine? Not being a smartass
I’m running a 30”, I have a 36” but rarely use it. As for why they hire me, I help them make more money. Clean straight footings cost less to pour , not to mention I do save time as well. And sometimes a company operator can be used on another part of the job. On small jobs I’m not needed as much.

Very nice compliment! Some of us just have to find a way to make it, me and Jeff are like peas and carrots I suppose.
Thanks

Thanks my friend! I dug enough gravel on this one to retire me and you twice I think!
@@Digginok Surely there was a good reason to use gravel right? Or was there?

Lots of wisdom in this comment! I’m still learning, not the best yet for sure. Thank you
I've found that if they have to tell you how good they are, they aren't very good.
Thanks for the videos and God bless you!

You’re the man Frank👍🏻 Happy Easter
Thank ya ! Happy Easter
Facts by Frank!
Well said!
Thanks!
You’re absolutely right but I’ve been watching you for a long time I’m trying to figure out what made you want to buy that new Holland backhoe over any other one
Started with ford backhoes, stuck with new holland. Actually bought this one for a great price, and I love it.
your a good man Frank
Thanks Jeff! I like the way you talk
You are one of only two or three real operators on UA-cam.
Thanks, probably more out there, lot more that don’t UA-cam for sure. Thanks for the watch and comment!
@Digginok tons off of UA-cam but very few real operators on UA-cam. You are the only one I have seen on UA-cam that can actually run a backhoe.

Yup! Thanks for watching
Frank, would you please post more videos
I’m working on it
I like this video. Let your work do the talking.
Yup! Thanks for watching
People who brag on there self most of the time can't do jack crap.
Funny I have had the same exact experience! Thanks for watching
Give it some throttle lol 🙂
Good job, nice and neat
I’m good with my throttle placement, as are my the company that employs me. Thanks for watching!
Still outdig a mini with less throttle, just sayin….
Uh huh
You are probably right, heck what do I know? Maybe I’ll give her some more throttle on the next dig.
Nice ditch, that stuff looked super "crumbly".
Thanks! It’s pretty touchy stuff, gets wider with every pass if you let it.
No bragging-it’s a proven fact
Yep!
well said😊
Thanks Bill
Happy Easter.
