Holy noir! I found this video searching for AEA N8 audio examples and was immediately struck by the colors and musicality of this performance. Atmospheric, dynamic, airy, emotional. In case anybody is wondering what the mic on the piano is, it is an AEA R88 stereo ribbon mic. N8's on the trumpet and bass. Not sure what the SM58 is doing right under the R88. Sounds really great fellas!
