I don't get it. This is a fan film with limited resources. Why your Green Lantern costumes look so much better and believable than in multi million-dollar blockbuster movie. Also if Lobo ever gets his own movie I doubt he will as look as good as this one. Seriously great job on those costumes.
Actually, no it's not. If you know anything at all about the source material, the "animated suit" complaints are silly. In the books, the suit is NOT made of cloth, but green light, same as what comes from the rings. Did the movie suck? Yes, but this was not a valid complaint. If the suit looked like regular clothing, then I would complain more.
Poor Batman ...... that's how it ends when you mess with the Lobo . The best Loba live action performance so far, respect man. We're getting a lot of praise over the production value on this short, and we really appreciate that. We did notice, however, that a lot of people are curious where we got our "budget", as if to suggest we had a legitimate amount of money to work with. We're flattered, but the truth is, we didn't. What we did have was a team of incredibly talented people who devoted their time and effort. There are a lot of fanfilms out there with far more resources and money than we had, but $$ wise, to give you guys an idea-- it was 100% self financed by us. Without putting an exact # out there, let's just say a few of us basically decided to skip our vacations and 4k TV purchases this year, and make "Ash vs. Lobo and The DC Dead" instead ;) Gotta sacrifice to do what you love =)

As many of us have seen, these guys have no constraints in terms of vision, motivation, creativity, talent, or ingenuity. The only fundamental limitation they face is funding, and it's funding that will allow them to continue cranking out gems like this more regularly. Ash was absolutely on-point, Lobo's lisp kinda bugged me a little, but he was so badass. And the whole Batman scene? I wanna kiss you on the freaking mouth for that!
