As I've matured and gained insights through my professional journey, I've come to realize that while racism might play a role in some contexts, the core of bullying often stems from perceived power imbalances. Individuals who believe they hold a position of strength frequently target those they perceive as vulnerable, regardless of shared ethnic background.
This understanding has given me a deeper appreciation for the complex dynamics of bullying and highlighted the critical need to address power disparities within our own communities. It's a reminder that even within seemingly cohesive groups, we must remain vigilant against the misuse of perceived power and work towards fostering mutual respect and support.
