- iPhone disabled connect to iTunes for iPhone 11, iPhone X, iPhone SE2, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6, 5 and previous models. In this video I'll show you how to connect to iTunes when your iPhone is disabled so you can restore any iPhone back to its original factory settings through iTunes on your computer.
If you've forgotten your password then connecting your iPhone to iTunes on a computer will restore your iPhone to its original factory settings and erase any existing password on the device. Also called a factory reset, this process not only erases the previous password on the iPhone to be restored, but it also erases all files including; contacts, videos, photos and everything else you may have on your iPhone. It does not erase the Apple ID or the activation lock however which you can see more about in the links below.

Thank you. I facetimed my sister in another state and was able to get my dad's cell phone working again. The only glitch we had was the iPhone SE hold button worked by using the side button not the home button to reboot.

I'm doing it now an while it's updating it power my iPhone back on but it's still showing it's updating does that means it's still gone work because my phone went back to the disbabled screen but it's still restoring
Hard to say given your description. If it doesn't work after 15 minutes then try again, and if it still doesn't work try changing the cable 👌

idk if u will reply but how long will it take to update the phone to newest IOS?
It can take anything from 15-40 minutes to download and install depending on file size and Internet connection speed. Hope that helps

Hi, I’m trying to get into my disabled iPhone SE but before doing so, I was wondering if my files will be deleted just from my iPhone SE or from my current iPhone as well as my iPhone SE
The only files that will be permanently erased are on the iPhone being reset, which for you is the SE. Don't worry about any other phones you may have 👍

That's odd. You can can go to apple.com and download the latest version from there, and your computer should tell you whether or not you have the latest version during downloading. Hope you sort it out 🤞
Hey when It finishes there's two options on iTunes Set up as new iPhone or restore from backup which one should I choose 🤔

Everything that's on your iPhone memory gets deleted yes. Your actual email, ie; Gmail, yahoo etc. will not be deleted once you sign in again.

@@idkwhatthisloooll to be totally honest I'm not 100 percent sure about if you can't remember your Apple ID. Watch the video through first then just keep trying. If you get stuck, contact Apple on one of the numbers for customer services for your country in the description below the video. Scroll down to find it and click on the link, they're safe links don't worry. Also just youtube search or Google search for your specific problem. I wouldn't contact one of these so called gurus on Instagram though as they can be a scam 👎 And thanks for like and sub 👍

That is a good question! It shouldn't matter either way. The factory reset will only reset and erase the phone, nothing else. Unless when you're performing the factory reset, you select “erase SIM card memory” then it will delete all the memory storage on the SIM. To make it easy you can just take it out if you prefer, hope that helps.

Try turning the iPhone on the side then power off, if not then get a broken glass lcd screen, make sure the digitiser is working before purchasing it.

ITunes is probably still downloading the software for the iPhone, probably due to slow Internet connection and a large file. I hope you've managed to complete the process fully now 🤞

If you watch the video I clearly say that you will lose everything. This process is basically putting your iPhone back to its brand new state as if you bought it new. That's why it is also known as a factory reset. It's unfortunate but if its locked you have no choice. I lost irreplaceable family photos making this video, but I too had no choice. You can't get anything back. You're free to Google or UA-cam search ways to do it without losing your files and you may get lucky. I hope that clarifies it for you, good luck 🤞 👍

If the 'find my iPhone' feature is set to 'on' on the iPhone, then yes, you'll need to login to your Apple ID. You won't need to if it's set to off though. If it's not showing up try changing the cable or it could be downloading the update software and taking a time. Check out my last video that mentions this.

Not sure I understand exactly what you mean. If you've remembered your password try it and see if it works. If it doesn't you'll have to go through the process demonstrated in this video. It's probably just frozen as things often get stuck like that. Just unplug it all, switch the phone off and try to restart the process 🤞

Can the phone be restored if someone marked the phone as lost
I'm not entirely sure. If you have the apple ID I don't see why not. Just have a go and see. You can always call Apple for assistance on the number for your country from the Apple Support link below this video. I hope you mange to sort it out OK.
