- Mina Sundwall joined Sam Rubin on the KTLA 5 Morning News to talk about Season Two of "Lost in Space" on Monday, Dec. 23rd, 2019. Season Two of "Lost in Space" drops on Netflix December 24th.
I don't understand how some people can hate Penny. She's adorable.

I don;t think anybody hates her, she and don are the only ones that can act in the series, all the others have 0 emotions, they are more robots than the robot.

Funny, and meant to be a bit of a joke, but as it turns out the actor who plays Wil, his voice is already changing. They are gonna have to do better than 1.5 years between seasons, at least I hope so, love this show. Mina is a fantastic actress and everyone does such a great job.

Can be a bit odd sometimes to see them go trough puberty in the show, but i guess that is just how it is.

It was still a good watch, and the acting is good.
It's no The Expanse, but it was never trying to be. It has and always will be a show about and for families. Because of that it will put science and realism on the back burner for character development and family relations.

Ya I wish the writing was better. I attribute all the shows problems to the writing. The actors are fine for what they need, but they really got some B-show writers making the plot and writing the dialog.
I think she's pretty cool actress very much together for an 18 year-old hope to see a lot more of her

Obvious where the teen crush power play is centred in this series. They ramped it up for her character I think. Possibly the best acting performer on the show. So natural. has a great acting future. Hope series 3 happens before she’s 20. Bit of a bombshell in the making to be sure. Would she vote Trump?! 😂

A worthy successor to the classic original. So glad they didn't blow it -- e.g., by making it jokey, self-referential, and too cool for school. That's what I was expecting -- plus lots of laser fire and sun flares -- but was pleasantly surprised. it seems only Americans could make a show this creative, high-tech, and fundamentally upbeat, with worldwide appeal.

Thanks for the interview. I agree with some of the other posters, she's my favorite character. Her older sister is my least favorite because the parents seem to favor her too much.
The relationship between the dad and oldest girl is somewhat uncomfortable for me to watch. They seem too close. 🤐

I liked season 2 but season 1 was better. Almost no Robot at all in season 2. Too many far fetched events and predictable events in season 2
Second season just plain SUCKED
I'm sorry to say, but I agree with you. The special effects are very very natural and good looking, that's a 10/10. But the season itself doesn't have that deep and dynamic that season 1 had. This season had a lot of meaningless talk, almost felt like some kind of time filler, because they didn't have any genuine ideas what to do. I could keep on writing, but hey. 4/10 is my rating. If they make a new season, hope they will do that better, otherwise this series is "finito".
I don't agree at all. In my opinion, the visuals got even better than in season one, which is absolutely amazing. They went deeper into the family, Dr.Smith had a character development and the series just had the perfect amount of family, visuals and action. I really enjoyed it, I really hope season 3 is soon to come!
Sara E. yeh I agree with you on that. I especially liked how much deeper they got into the relationships between characters, and how much dr smith developed as a character too
I think it sucked if you were looking for a show that had the science down perfect and accurate. I don't think it ever intended to do that though. It always was and always will be a show about and for families. Because of that, for science nerds like myself it was hard to see things like earth gravity on a space ship with zero explanation, and false dynamics while dealing with thrust, but I had to keep reminding myself that it isn't marketed to science nerds. From the original show all the way through the movie to this show it's premise was about having a family in space and how that impacted their family dynamic and with that in mind, I think it hit spot on.
Greg Plaka I honestly thought season 2 was fantastic, I loved it.
Will is annoying as hell this season. He overacts, it's a little corny.
