Nice. Normally not running white continuously can be a real problem, but I guess as long as your machine was turned on still and auto cycling in the background then it looks like the white circulation was doing its job. Glad to see a new video.
Thank you for doing this video! I own this printer and I have been wondering about this. I'm also curious if your printer was powered on the entire time while you were not using it? It seems to eat ink regularly as part of it's self cleaning regimen, regardless of how much you use it, and a lot of owners have complained about it. It makes it really hard to price out work in the end.
No problem! Yes it was plugged in the whole time though there was probably a day or two that it was off because the power short circuited and I didn't notice until my stove clock was blinking lol. So I ran to power the machine on after that. I hear you on the ink waste when it's idle. Unfortunately I don't know any work around but I think it's generally a good thing so the head stays in good condition otherwise replacing one is also very expensive. But hopefully there are updates to still lessen the usage. In the meantime I'm trying to find a high margin niche to make the costs all worth it.
I have been using a fiber and co2,lasers as a part time side gig. Been looking at this printer to run golf balls, poker chips and phone cases. how long should I expect a full set of inks to last under normal use

Does it tell you how much ink was used during all of the automatic cleaning cycles?

Where did you go? On vacation?
a mix of business travel and fun travel and then some relatives on vacation came to me instead so it was busy busy lol
What’s a great uv printer to start with? I am a very small business starting out and branching out from sublimation
BD-8 is a good starter machine, but the print size is about 5.5x8in. Low maintenance and easy to use.
Are you from vegas?
Hi! I'm not from vegas though regularly visit.
