So Rohit with strike rate of 100 in last 4 T20 world cup and 125 in last 7 IPLs gets selected and Rinku with strike rate of 179 in T20 international doesn't get selected. I can't believe how consistently a batsman and that too of Rohit's calibre can be so inconsistent in IPL for 8 consecutive seasons and till a few innings ago, everyone was saying he was having a great season by his standards.Even Virat plays risky cricket in powerplay in every match like Rohit but he still scores at least 40+ runs in at least 6 out of every 10 innings with a very good strike rate generally except one odd innings so it is not like Virat plays slow so he gets big runs and Rohit plays fast or without selfishness so he does not get big runs, man he does not even score 15 runs once in every 3 innings on average.
