    Great video. My guys are pruning our high density apples tomorrow and they have not pruned before. They are my pumpkin patch crew! Ours was planted 2016 Spring. Really helpful. Looking forward to watching others

    Good info, do you prune Peach trees the same way.

      Generally no. He is pruning to a central leader for apples. Peaches are more commonly pruned to open center style.

    Winter pruning will cause more vegetative growth than summer cutting...summer cutting will slow heavy unwanted growth down ancjncrease flowering buds.

      But to get renewal growth pruning should be done in winter. The rootstock will determine the overall growth. Limbs make apples.
