I can remember my friend Teddy telling me when he bought the punk USA comp with this song, and him singing it to me as I stood on the pegs of his bike. I was so excited to hear it just from his shitty singing… but I don’t remember when I actually heard the real song. It’s crazy how certain things stick over others
Hey bro love all the videos but I wanted to ask what happened at the 6th show Pennywise was suppose to play after their 5 albums night gigs . Herd they stole fletchers guitar . Can find any videos of that show anywhere
I just wish his voice didn't age so poorly. And I know tons of singers who are much older and doing this much longer who have been able to maintain the voice. With that critique out of the way, I think instrumentally, they are on point and have more energy than I would be able to have.
Yea… 😕 But Blake is in his mid-50’s now… He just can’t sing like he could in his 20’s… The body and vocal cords just don’t work like they used to. It’s not his fault, it’s part of getting “old”… 🤷🏻♂️ It sucks!!! I’m sure he’s quite aware, and wishes he could sing like he used to too… *It’s not like he ever sang like a “normal” singer either… The way and sound he made with his voice is super strenuous on one’s vocal cords… He did have surgery a while back too… So many things… Anyway, yea, he just can’t produce that “classic” Jawbreaker Vocal anymore… At least we have the records/recordings!!!

Dude, again, saw them in 91 and 94, one of the best bands ever.
Thank You Geoffrey.
Cant wait to see them tomorrow!
Sea Foam Green! I am so glad they put that in the set!

great song from Punk USA. too bad the voice of Blake is gone
El tiempo lo pone todo en su lugar.
Si no es en la memoria colectiva
que sea en el corazón de alguien.
I love this band but Perfecting Loneliness is Blake's best work in my opinion.
wheres lurker?
If you see this spam their Instagram and tell them to play some random stuff off unfun in Atlanta

In English, please?

christ GFY
Saw them live and he sounded perfecto, idk these live vids aren’t capturing the magic of them live.
He sounds great
He sounds amazing to me. I think he sounds like he always has live.
I think he sounds fine, I've only just realized that there's no backing vocals in Jawbreaker though. That's an even tougher gig.
Vocals are a no.
