sir I have a question! I was told by another astrologer that 1st house of D9 is actually where the 5th house is in D9 and that the “lagna” of D9 is just the position or view from 9th house? Do I look at the 5th house in D9 for my lagna or do I use the 1st house?

I have debilitated sun in 4H along with rahu and mercury in D9 (but my venus is in taurus there and I don’t know if it cancels the sun debility). In D1 I have sun-mercury along with jupiter in 1H and rahu in 12H. Scorpio lagna.

In my lagan chart and in my dashmansh kundli mars is placed good
But in navmansh kundli which is of kark lagan,mars is debilitated in 1st house

Been 2 weeks since Sade sati is completed, but couldn't see any improvement, like not even 1%, what should i do. Mahadasha and antaras were good too. I am feeling very reatless, as i lost everything continuously for 8 yrs and now nothing is improving.
