if anyone deserved a happy ending, it was bonnie. it genuinely makes me so mad that she never got with damon and that she never got to be happy for more than two minutes. especially with the way kat was treated on set, her character just genuinely makes me so sad.

I would say that elena had also experienced the same amount of pain but bc elena was the main character everyone helped her get through it and bonnie and to deal with her pain all by her self😢
