This time they're here for an open house that Josh is less than thrilled about having to participate in. As soon as Bobby walks in, he goes to cool down in the wine room and clocks Josh's shirt as his from "8 years ago". Not too far away, Josh Altman is showing an expansive Newport Beach home that was under construction for 2 years and has never had an owner. Bobby's SO condescending... "Do you think this arm could fit in YOUR coat -- NO dear"??? Yet HE'S the one who had Josh having to divide stuff he's OWNED for years - just because they were married for a minute! AND that "eye-rolling"? How dare Bobby roll his eyes at "JOSH FLAGG"? Perhaps the most talented human being he's ever met? Bobby's a pretty face, but I lost respect for him during that divorce., because Josh Flagg is pretty WITH substance.

Let’s be honest. Josh was with him cuz he’s hot and Bobby was with Josh for the fame and Instagram followers. Lol. I just wish Josh could’ve seen that.
I hate the way they all can pick on Flagg. But they want to get mad when he bites back. And what's with all the crying this season, I mean it's getting to be worse than a soap opera. Lol Do the business, get the sales and stop all the whining.

How much money does Bobby want? Josh is very generous and I’m sure he’s offered him plenty already. It’s not like they have kids.
The Josh and Bobby exchange in the beginning is hilarious. 😂
It's so easy to see how they would have massive personality conflicts, based on how they both are. I like them both and can see both sides of their arguments easily. They were a complete mismatch, way too different to be together. I like Flagg, but would like to see Bobby on the show as well next season, he's likeable. A lot more so than Tracy is.
