    Awesome aircraft. I have been looking into these. Would be good to get the company to explain what they have done to improve the spin recovery of the aircraft. There does seem to be a rather high accident rate in the past. Lots of info on the net on this.

    • @ForFunFlyer
      @ForFunFlyer  3 роки тому

      I don't know what they improved exactly, but I stalled their 912 version a couple of times and was pretty stable. Of course, we didn't do any self induced spins, but the plane didn't have nasty wing drop habits at all. If you want to know more, send them a message with your questions. I know they're more than happy to explain it all.

    What does this model remind me of? Maybe a Lancair? Would be interesting to see how they compare.

    • @ForFunFlyer
      @ForFunFlyer  3 роки тому

      Yes, I believe it does look like a Lancair? Interesting question! So the comparison should be power to speed ratio and to see what the same geometry (only bigger) would do, speed wise?

    youtube thinks this video is in dutch :)
    With 3 guys they could make 3 planes in a year. With 125 people they make 55 planes. It's a simple plane, it should be possible to improve that speed quite a bit.
