They will let you keep the item and refund you all you have to do is take a picture or video and explain the issue with the item ex size quality. delivery etc.i had to do it a couple of times but they are pretty good at communication and will either. refund money back to ur card/paypal or give u points/credits to purchase other items.just remember to check ratings and pics of items others have posted about the item before buying and go with a seller beterrn r to 5 stars
I have the same bannanabed at its alot bigger 🙈 my cat fits just that he thinks it a toy 🙈 soo he uses it just not as i ecpected 🤣😅🙈 Edit: i recomend the cat mat that collects cat litter it so efective 🤯 And the ceramic cat bowl that has bambo stand it beutfull to look at and it easy to clean 👌. To shop best at wish look at what others before you say and ecpaely with the ones with foto prof not all sellers are as good. Its difrent seller to seller 😅 afther i did learn this ive gotten so mutch good stuff 😉
They do indeed get you at shipping. Been many years since I’ve used Wish, but for a $2 item, you could pay $6 in shipping (at least that’s how it was the last time I actually used it).
